A New Vicentin Argentina Is Born:: The Court Approves Grassi S.A.’s Proposal.

The share transfer is finalized and a new chapter begins for one of the country’s most important agro-industrial complexes.

The Civil and Commercial Court of Second Nomination of Reconquista, presided over by Judge Fabián Lorenzini, has issued the final court approval and ordered the immediate transfer of the shares of Vicentin S.A.I.C. to Grassi S.A.

In this way, our business group—backed by more than 137 years of experience in the Argentine agricultural sector—has been formally confirmed and now assumes the management of the company.

We take on this challenge with deep conviction, great enthusiasm, and absolute confidence in our experience, in the capabilities of our people, in the valuable human resources that Vicentin still retains today, and in the scale and strength of the commercial partners who have supported us in consolidating this work plan and who will continue to accompany us in the management phase that now begins. We are committed to leading this new stage of the New Vicentin with transparency, professionalism, and a long-term vision.

At this time, we would like to make a special mention of the workers who sustained operations over the past years. We know they faced significant challenges, carried out their duties in a difficult context, and nevertheless kept the productive complex running. This speaks to their commitment, their human quality, and the value of work well done. Today a new chapter begins, and they will all be a fundamental part—together with our work teams—in restoring the company and jointly building a future of growth and sustainable development.

Likewise, we are convinced that this New Vicentin will provide renewed opportunities across the entire agricultural commercial chain, for our clients and suppliers, for the industry, and for institutions linked to the sector.

Regarding the company’s future, we have a clear vision. As with every project of the Grassi Group, we believe in the country, in its productive identity, and in its human resources. This new phase includes an ambitious investment plan aimed at modernizing processes, ensuring efficiency and safety standards, and positioning the company toward new global markets.

In this regard, among other steps, we are already working with our commercial partners to secure marketing and financing channels.

Last but not least, we would like to thank those who trusted our proposal, all the creditors who participated in the process and supported us with their approval and backing, without which reaching this stage would not have been possible.

Today, a New Vicentin Argentina is born—rooted in a century-old industrial history and guided by a management vision focused on the future.

A time of rebuilding, work, transparency, and growth begins for an emblematic company in a vital national industry; a time whose protagonists will be its people, its communities, and the enormous productive potential of an Argentina we foresee as prosperous and dynamic.
